“As part of my recent mobility experience at the University of A Coruña in Spain, I had the opportunity to take part in a particularly meaningful experience, both academically and personally. During my mobility, I was introduced to a different approach to research and collaboration within the university environment. I became familiar with new research methodologies, as well as practices related to research organisation, the exchange of ideas, and collaboration between different research groups.

One of the most valuable aspects of this experience was the opportunity to meet and interact with people from different countries and academic backgrounds. Through collaboration and daily communication, I further developed skills such as teamwork, adaptability, effective communication, and intercultural understanding. At the same time, this experience helped me gain greater confidence as an early-career researcher and better understand the importance of transferable skills in today’s academic and professional environment.

Overall, I consider my participation in the programme to have been an extremely valuable experience, which made a significant contribution to both my academic and personal development. I look forward to taking part in similar Erasmus+ mobility activities again in the future.”
