The Career Liaison Office of Democritus University of Thrace was established in 1997 within the framework of the Operational Programme for Education and Initial Vocational Training (EPEAEK). Its aim is to serve as an information centre for the University’s students and graduates, while acting as a link between the academic community and the labour market.

The Employment and Career Structure (DASTA) of Democritus University of Thrace was established within the framework of the Operational Programme “Education and Lifelong Learning” of the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF) and is operated by the University itself. It is responsible for coordinating and implementing the activities of the Career Liaison Office and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit.

DASTA-DUTH aims to provide all interested individuals with the tools they need for their personal and professional development.
