Business and Organization Management is, by its very nature, a dynamic and creative process that continuously evolves in order to address the needs and constraints faced by different organizations in both their internal and external environments. Its effective application requires a thorough understanding of the principles and rationale that underpin management for any organization seeking to achieve its objectives, whether public or private, non-profit or for-profit, an industrial enterprise or a service organization, or even at the level of individual professionals.
The aim of the course is to prepare students for future roles as managers and executives. These roles involve planning and the creation of strategic value, organizing and shaping dynamic organizations, leading and motivating employees, exercising managerial control, and making effective decisions.
