The aim of the course is to introduce students to essential issues of commercial law, particularly company law and negotiable instruments law. The course seeks to enable students to understand the significance and operation of these areas, as well as to analyse and interpret relevant legal provisions so that they can connect legal knowledge with the accounting treatment of companies and commercial transactions.
In addition, practical exercises help students understand how legal theory is applied in practice. In this way, students learn to combine theoretical knowledge with the practical resolution of legal issues that are likely to be highly useful and necessary in their future professional careers.
